A 1 MV/LV Substation with power limited to 2MVA supplies the project with power.
Scope of Work:
The “Electrical design” and preparation of the “Shop Drawing” & “As- Built Drawing” layouts for the entire project.
The design and integration of “KNX Home Automation Systems” for the villas, including a full control of Lighting, HVAC, Security & Energy Efficiency Systems.
The design and implementation of a “Building Management System” including a fully automated “Billing System” with more than 200 Electrical, Gas, Heating & Cold Water Meters.
The design of “Generator Sets Synchronization System”. The Site Supervision.
B- DISTRICT HEATING SYSTEM – FEELWOOD VILLAGE PROJECT | Baabdat, Lebanon
Project Description:
A fully automated Heating Power Plant which consists of four boilers with rated output up to 450 kW each one.
It serves the entire village with heating and domestic hot water. Each residential unit has the possibility to control its needs via a “Home Automation System” or through an analog thermostat. This system is always monitored by specialist thanks to its integration into a “Building Management System”.
